Where do we deliver?
We are currently only offering delivery in the Canberra Region. However if you are from interstate and would like a gift box delivered, please send an email to info@canberragifthampers.com.au and we will be in touch to discuss a way to make this happen.
How long until my order will be delivered?
When placing your order, you will have an option to choose a date from the drop down calendar in which your gift box will be delivered. We currently delivery Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over $150 otherwise a flat rate of $10 will be applied at checkout.
Do you offer local Canberra pickup?
At this stage we only offer a delivery service which can be contactless upon request.
Can I order a custom gift set?
Absolutely! We would love to help create a customised gift box for you. To find out more please contact us at info@canberragifthampers.com.au
Delivery of Alcohol?
All orders including alcohol must be placed by a person 18 years or over. Deliveries including alcohol can only be sent to persons 18 years and over. Proof of age may be requested.
Do you create corporate orders?
Yes we do! We would love to help create customised gift boxes for your clients and staff. To find out more please contact us at info@canberragifthampers.com.au
Will I receive a notification once our order is delivered?
Yes, you will receive a text message or email to notify you that the delivery has been complete.
Can I change my delivery address after processing order?
Yes. If you have accidently entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@canberragifthampers.com.au as soon as possible to amend the address.
Can I add a greeting card to my order?
Yes, we offer complimentary cards. Please choose your card from the drop down list when ordering. We will handwrite your note and include it with your gift.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at info@canberragifthampers.com.au as soon as possible. We are happy to cancel an order with appropriate notice, however if delivery is in action we are unable to accept cancellations.
Return Policy?
We work hard in finding high quality products to ensure you and the recipient are happy. If for some reason you are not satisfied or if a product has been damaged upon delivery please contact us at info@canberragifthampers.com.au and we will be happy to replace the item.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not home when we attempt to deliver the gift box we will not leave the box at the premises unless you have ticked the box “authority to leave”. If you have not ticked this box we will be in contact to arrange another delivery time. Please note an additional delivery fee may occur.
Are any products substituted?
On the rare occasion we need to substitute an item, we guarantee to substitute the item with an alternative product to equal or greater value than the original item.
